Hi Faisal and Suraj,

I must tell you that Himanshu is a Star. I spoke to him for the first time yesterday, as my Mother was admitted in the hospital wherein she underwent a heart surgery over the weekend.

Yesterday was the day when she was getting discharged and I was struggling to get the TPA clearance and that is when I gave him a call. He was constantly being chased by me (apologies for that) however he was always very helpful and happy to help. He in fact went to an extend to get one of your doctor’s on conference where your company had some doubts about the procedure being followed. It was quite late in the day yesterday evening, wherein he was out of town and way beyond his working hours to help or be on official duty, but he did not deny my request anytime. Just to mention the time he was helping me till 9:30 p.m. yesterday. With me mentioning all this to you guys is just to let you know, that not a lot of people will go beyond their limits and boundaries to do their job right. Himanshu is one of those who did go beyond his limits and was brilliant yesterday,I really Thank him for what he did.

This is to keep you informed that the Health Camp organized at our Plant Campus on 8th & 9th January was a successful event.
This year we had Medical Doctor and his Team from Health Care Global Enterprises Ltd. (HCG Hospitals Bangalore) along with Eye Specialist and their Team from Davanagere Vasan’s Eye Care Hospital.
We are happy to appreciate both the teams for their active support and cooperation in making this Health Camp More effective and successful.

Kind Attn: Mr Narendra -Manager e-meditek

Within 2 hrs after my telecon with u today, I received a call from the call-centre of e-Meditek, by Ms Rashmi to say that my long pending medical claim has been approved for payment and that my bank a/c would be credited with the settled amount!!! In fact Ms Rashmi has also played an important role in the processing of my claim!! In fact as promised by Mr Narendra, your manager, that he would call me up positively by 4pm proved absolutely correct, that he would let me know the status of my policy claim, by 4pm and I did get the call from Ms Rashmi that my claim has been approved and passed for payment!!! Ms Rashmi called me three times within the short span of 15 minutes and confirmed from me the address of the branch of my bank!!!

I was delighted, as now my long wait was over and that was due to the intervention of Mr Narendra, a Manager at your organisation!!! I impressed upon him that I had waited long enough for the settlement of my claim!! But to my good fortune Mr Narendra understood the anxiety in my voice and positively realised that the claim could not be kept pending any longer!!! It was a little after 2pm at that time and by 3:50pm Ms Rashmi called to tell me that my claim had been approved and that I would receive credit of the claim amount of around Rs 55,000=00 in my bank account in a day or two!!

Even though my claim had dragged on for a lenghty period of time, I feel that with such staff in your organisation as Mr Narendra and Ms Rashmi, with the speed with which they acted, any delay could be condoned!!! May I again inform u that I and my whole family are Tata people, that we r connected with Tatas in one way or another, e.g.my father worked in Bombay House, the H.Q. of the Tata group, for nearly 40 yrs and retired from there as a senior officer of integrity and hard work in the Tata Trusts!! His sister and her husband Mr I. K. Rao both worked for nearly 38 yrs each!! My father's sister's husbands eldest brother happened to work in the former Chairman's Mr J R D Tata's office and he alongwith my father Mr M Vishwanath were greatly commended by him and there is proof in a letter written by the former Chairman about his great devotion to and commendable loyalty to the Tata Trusts!!!!

With this background I would like to thank M/s Tata Aig General Insurance Co Ltd and eMeditek for the good work done by the staff and that by responding positively to customers only can we regain the glory of the Tatas back and make it not only atruly responsible company but also a Global one and a formidable one too!!!! We Indians have to take note in no small measure, about the legacy of the Tatas left behind by the honest and truth loving Parsis who have done a great honour to our country
and the tradition of legal profits as espounded by our former Chairman the great Mr J.R.D.Tata, a culture found in Tatas so rich!!!!

Dear Narender and Emeditek Team,

 

I am sure that you have heard this before from me but am actually out of words to express my appreciation/feelings/gratitude towards your all of you.

The last one week has been really stressful for me with regards to Nidhi's treatment wherein, she developed certain complications post her sinus surgery. Adding to the stress was to arrange blood and balance one's personal v/s professional life.

 

However, not even once I had to worry about the money part. To be honest, money is very important and foremost requirement for the medical treatment .

 

E-meditek stayed with me right from the very beginning and kept a very strong follow-up. Me and my entire family is so much touched by the services provided that we thought that once Nidhi recovers completely- we shall personally go and thank everyone from emeditek in person.

 

I got an opportunity to interact with few of their employees, Rohit, Sunil, Anuj and not to forget the man who is leading this wonderful team Narender. I also lead a team of customer care professionals of over 100 people and I really wish that I had a team like this.

The TPA E-Meditek empanelled with Star Union Dai-ichi Life is a big support for us.
All the staff members of E-meditek worked with great emotions to get all our medicals done in time.
Apart from this customers who could not respond properly to get medicals done are also regularly
followed up by the staff to get their medicals done. We are really thankful to all the staff
