The TPA E-Meditek empanelled with Star Union Dai-ichi Life is a big support for us. All the staff members of E-meditek worked with great emotions to get all our medicals done in time. Apart from this customers who could not respond properly to get medicals done are also regularly followed up by the staff to get their medicals done. We are really thankful to all the staff members of Emeditek specially Ms. Rupali Gupta who supported us to get our closing go successful. All our phone calls are attended and the updated status is given to us from time to time. Even the medical reports are always sent in time.

I am highly pleased with the services provided by Mr Lakshman who went out of the way and got my claim settled of my cashless delivery at Sama Nursing home. By mistake, hospital had sent a wrong bill on 18/01/2010 for which my claim only settled for Rs 57950/- whereas as per limit of maternity benefit, im entitled for Rs 75k with Oriental. I was highly pleased with the services and empathy which Mr Lakshman provided in dealing with my case. Not only this, on 15/01/2010 when i was trying to take the print out of my health card, it was only Mr Lakshman who helped with the same, which was being disclosed by Mr Lakshman himself when i again called on 19/01/2010 for the claim settlement.
Thank you Mr Lakshman for your outstanding services being provided to your customer which such commitment levels and what i liked the most was the immediate feedback and empathy which you showed to me.

I want to provide my feedback about one of your associate Mr. Laxman Tomar. I had a case for my wife with Maharaja Agrasen Hospital requiring cashless approval.
I conversed with Laxman about the case through helpline. He listened to me empathetically, made me understand the process and details correctly. Hi,
I am Rahul working with Baxter India Pvt Ltd. On 19th October 2009 i admitted my wife in Orchid Hospital for delivery. Since it was an emergency so i didn't had any pre approval.
Inspite of shortage of time Mr Salman really helped me a lot by arranging for the approval on urgent basis. He has really helped me in terms that he explained me the entire process and he expedite the entire process at his own end.
Also at the time of discharge, Mr Kanwal cooperated a lot. He knew that both mother and child are now discharged from the room and sitting in the waiting area. He understood the importance and arranged for the approval for the child on priority. The hospital got the approval within 20 minutes after sending the relevant documents.
I am once again thankful to both these people and am very happy with the services and promptness of Emeditek.

A note of thanks
This is in regard to my spouse's maternity cash less claim from E-Meditek. I m really grateful and extend my sincere thanks to the local team and the Regional Manager for Rajasthan Mr. Lovleen Arora for their prompt response and willing ness to help out of the way. My spouse was admitted to the hospital in emergency as she required a to be operated immediately. Within an hour of intimation my approval came for the cashless facility and needless to say I didn't have to bother for a minute thereafter. All the things were streamlined from their end and I Walked out of the hospital with a big smile on the face as I'm blessed with a baby boy, with no pressure of the expenses in this regard.

Hi,
I would like to share my experience in contacting emeditek during last week for cashless claim.
I was informed via my reliable source that it will at least take 4 solid hours after sending the last bill from the hospital. But it was not true; all my dealing including the sanctioning with approval was completed within 1 and half-an-hour. This also was because that I did not remember to submit the ID proof of my wife for whom I was claiming cashless benefit. So excluding these timings I can say, the whole process was completed within an hour's time.
I called up emeditek via the helpline number and my call was attended by an executive, who took my details and the timing he turned around the whole thing was excellent. I could not remember his name, but thanks a lot to him, who highlighted to hospital about the missing documents (id proof).
Then my thanks to Mr. Kanwal. He took initiative to call me once the claim was approved to update me of the status. People like him do their daily duty, but these small initiatives by them, makes a large difference in many of our lives.
When I compare my past experience 1 year ago, in the city of Chennai, the service offered by team was 5 hours a head and responsive.

Interaction with Mr. Surender Rawat was very satisfactory. Surender took initiative from his side and followed up with other people in his organization to ensure that claim sent is resolved as soon as possible. Surender also updated us with the status of claim from time to time and next step required.
This was quite a refreshing experience after going through ordeal of interaction with Mr. Dewanand Singh. Quite surprisingly Mr. Dewanand who is the first person of contact for cashless hospitalization for Siemens PLM did not help much in spite of repeated attempts from my side. This definitely left some bitter experience.
Nevertheless, we could finally sail through this with the help from your representative “Surender Rawat”.

I am shekhar agarwal. My father was admitted in Satyam Hospital Pvt. Ltd. Rohini, New Delhi on 20th August 2009 and was discharged on 24th August 2009. As I am working with Jindal power Limited, I have Medical Policy through E-Meditek.
On 20th E-Emeditek was doing a great job, for initial (cashless facility) approval which was given to Satyam Hospital and on last day 24th when bill was on higher side and next approval was given. However whole team of Emeditek customer care was very co-operative and giving answer to each and every query raised by me.

I am shrikant sharma and I am sending you this mail to inform and admire u about my experience with emeditek. I do have an elder brother who does have a policy under emeditek. I was in a big disaster two months back as I lost my father due to his illness. We tried our level best to get my father cured but nothing happened and all the hard work got vanished. We had admitted our father in Apollo hospital for his treatment. During that period I called emeditek to help us out in that situation, where I got an opportunity to talk with one of the employees of emeditek, called Laxman. He took the responsibility to help us out when everything was against. Laxman studied the entire case and tried to give us much needed help’s was satisfied with the way he anticipated in my case and was eager to resolve the case...it was a good experience talking with emeditek...

Just wanted to pass a Thank you message for Raveej, for his extra mile co-operation during the below mentioned transaction with E-Meditek. While I was struggling with the Hospital authorities to generate my bill and do the regular formalities, whenever I called up your helpline and asked for Raveej, he was there to help me.
-He knew exactly what to do and how to do. Right from confirming the receipt of Fax message and informing be about the query that your departments have come up with (well before they were faxed), he made sure that I am not in for any surprises.
- Best thing I liked about the whole transaction was that he did not share his mobile number a throughout- Although to some this might seem not being helpful, I would say this was more of being professional.
In the time of distress especially in hospitals such experiences actually make you feel that there is someone who is supporting you. I'm not sure how, but I suggest if he could be rewarded in some way.

Hi I am Narendra singh and I do have a policy under emeditek. I was quite confused initially about my policy as I did not have proper knowledge about how a policy works.
I was going through a difficult time as I had to admit my wife in a hospital for her treatment. Finally I contacted emeditek to have some information about it and there I got to talk with one of the agents called Laxman and discussed about my problem. He was quite professional in his way of talking and made me educate about it and told me how

I wanted to bring into your notice that you have a gem of a person, a hard working employee with a very kind heart & a balanced head on his shoulders in the form of Raveej Singh.

I’m writing to commend Mss Rimple Joshi outstanding effort when dealing with customers and me. She’s indeed a great help in providing me vital information pertaining to my insurance. She even went extra mile to provide me information which I never thought of it before and called me to update on approval of my Baby insurance claim. She’s articulate in her speech. This is to inform Emeditek about my customer service experience I had last week. I'm thrilled with the level of service I was provided by your employee who was taking care of my mother's cashless claim. There was lot of people in the hospital struggling with their TPA's to get the approval/clearance. But I didn't face even a single problem during this whole process.
I can tell, the person processed my claim Bhanu Pratap certainly is an asset for your firm. It was late in the evening and I'm sure he was working beyond his schedule to ensure his customers do not face any problem. Mine is a corporate policy and I will definitely inform the leadership at my company about this amazing experience I had with Emeditek. I hope there is a way to reward this person at Emeditek for his dedication and hard work. Way to go.

"My name is Lalit Prasad. I had filed a claim of my cusion brother Rajesh kumar Aswal on 18/11/08 under policy no.221600/48/08/41/00000464, recd claim no-757401. I followed up my case every week. On 20th Dec. 08 I came to know my claim has sent for final approval. I had spoken many people in emeditek to telling my claim status. Every time given me the same reply that my case is in final approval & it will be approved next week. It had already passed two month. I had totally fed up to listening same reply. On 27th/Jan/09 I talk with Ms. Sunita (Re-imbursement Deptt) she assured me that my claim will be settled within a two days. Finally she reverted back on 29/01/09 that my claim has been approved of Rs.12,060/-.
